The entire process takes 6 to 9 months after pollination, and our farmers in the SAVA region have perfected vanilla processing and curing. This region is the benchmark for producing vanilla planifolia with high vanillin content. Organic Madagascar Vanilla Beans are the highest quality beans in the world, with a heavenly buttery aroma, rich black or dark brown color, and oily surface.
